Job Title:Regional Account ManagerLocation:Dublin ( Leinster Hybrid)Salary:50,000 to 52,0000 Commission earningsCompany car and fuel allowance6% Employer contribution to Mercer pension scheme with a 5% Employee ContributionWhat's the Opportunity?Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven sales professional to become part of our dynamic team. Based in the Leinster region, this field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with our business and industry clients.As part of this permanent position, you'll play a key role in growing our coffee sales, while enjoying the support of an experienced Channel Manager. If you're enthusiastic about coffee, motivated by sales, and eager to make an impact, we'd love to hear from youSounds great, what does my day to day look like?Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing business & industry clients, achieving sales targets and KPIs.Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling and networking.Expand business within existing accounts via product range growth, training, promotions, and tailored support.Prepare and deliver impactful proposals, presentations, and P&L reports for new clients.Build strong client relationships by agreeing and maintaining structured call cycles.Report monthly on territory performance, new business, competitor activity, and key initiatives.Lead on customer service and support queries, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.Provide expert barista training and product knowledge sessions across the Findlater Coffee portfolio.Attend training to develop market knowledge, technical troubleshooting skills, and CRM/reporting proficiency.Ensure efficient processing of customer orders and on-time, in-full deliveries.So what do you need from me in terms of experience?2+ years' experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.Strong knowledge of the coffee industry across multiple channels.Strategic mindset with the ability to drive both new business and growth within existing accounts.Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.Confident with IT systems, reporting tools, and CRM platforms.Highly organised with strong planning and time management abilities.Skilled at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through commercial awareness and a proactive approach.Open to continuous learning, with a positive attitude towards training in barista skills, equipment troubleshooting, and "train the trainer" programmes.Genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for winning new business.Benefits:Valeo Foods DC Pension Scheme with 6% employer contribution (5% employee contribution).Eligibility to participate in the company's performance-related bonus scheme.Company vehicle for business use.Employee healthcare discount.Access to a discounted staff shop.Generous maternity and paternity leave packages.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for wellbeing support.Cycle to Work and Travel Pass tax saver schemes.Specsavers contribution.
