Social Media Videographer, Studio Based - Castlebar Location

We are looking for a creative, organised, and trend-savvy Videographer to join our growing marketing team with a primary focus on creating engaging video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. In addition to producing short-form content for daily and weekly posting, you'll also lead and support larger video projects, including product videos, branded storytelling pieces, campaign content, and seasonal commercials. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams across marketing, social, graphic design, and retail to capture the essence of the EZ Living Furniture brand across every platform and touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, film, and edit social video content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook Stories, and YouTube Shorts.
* Produce content that highlights product launches, seasonal campaigns, store events, and influencer collaborations.
* Collaborate with the content and social teams to create platform-specific video strategies that resonate with our online audience and reflect current trends.
* Capture dynamic and aesthetic content across retail locations, styled shoots, events, and behind-the-scenes activations.
* Lead larger video projects, such as:
* Product videos
* Brand storytelling videos
* Seasonal campaign videos and TV-style ads
* Ensure consistency of brand visuals, tone, and storytelling across all video output.
* Take ownership of lighting, audio, and camera setup both in-studio and on location.
* Manage editing workflows and post-production with high attention to detail and quick turnaround times.
* Maintain an organised file structure and content archive for efficient repurposing.
* Stay current on video trends, social media algorithms, and new tools or techniques in digital storytelling.
What We're Looking For
* A strong and diverse portfolio of short-form social media videos and longer-form branded content.
* Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; Final Cut Pro experience is a plus.
* Confident with camera operation, lighting, and audio in both natural and studio environments.
* Solid understanding of how to optimise video for different platforms and formats.
* Experience creating content for ecommerce or retail brands is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational and file management skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and switching between quick social edits and in-depth brand pieces.
* Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual trends.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
