Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for each property, focusing on driving weddings, events, and corporate business.
Collaborate with General Managers to set achievable revenue targets and create action plans to meet them.
Market Development:
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Work with marketing to create promotional campaigns and tailored packages to attract key markets.
CRM & Reporting:
Lead the rollout and management of a new CRM system, ensuring consistency across all properties.
Track performance through key metrics such as conversion rates, lead generation, and revenue growth, providing regular reports to senior management.
Sales Leadership & Team Support:
Guide and support property-level sales teams through training, mentoring, and performance reviews.
Ensure a consistent and professional approach to client communication and proposal management.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key industry partners.
Represent the group at trade shows, networking events, and familiarisation trips both nationally and internationally.
Commercial Strategy:
Identify opportunities to increase revenue through partnerships, new events, and creative sales initiatives.
Work with property management teams to ensure commercial decisions align with the group's business goals.
About You:
Experienced Business Development or Sales Manager within the hospitality industry (multi-property experience preferred).
Strong commercial and revenue management knowledge.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
Flexible to travel between properties and attend national/international sales events.
