Our client is seeking an experienced Residential / Commercial Valuer to join their dynamic and high-performing team in Dundalk. This is a hybrid working role, offering a strong degree of flexibility while supporting a wide range of professional valuation work across both residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct professional valuations across a wide range of property types, including:
Residential and commercial properties
Development land and agricultural land
Red Book Valuations for all property classes
Portfolio valuations
Valuations for financial institutions and lenders
Probate, Fair Deal, family law, and Part V valuations
2. Manage the full valuation process - from instruction and engagement to inspection and timely delivery of reports
3. Ensure all reports and correspondence are accurate, professionally presented, and aligned with relevant compliance standards
4. Build strong relationships with clients, solicitors, and internal teams through consistent communication and follow-through
5. Contribute to business development by identifying cross-selling opportunities within the local office and nationwide network
6. Uphold professional and ethical standards as outlined by SCSI, RICS, or IPAV
7. Maintain accurate records using internal systems and ensure ongoing CPD compliance
Requirements:
8. Member of SCSI / RICS / IPAV (or equivalent recognised professional body)
9. A minimum of 3 years' experience in residential and commercial valuations
10. Strong working knowledge of valuation standards and reporting requirements
11. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of meeting deadlines independently
12. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant valuation software
13. Full clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
