A large professional services firm based on Harcourt Street in Dublin City Centre is seeking to recruit an experienced Internal Auditor to work as a consultant with clients within the Financial Service sectors (banking, payments, crypto, asset management).
Responsibilities include:
* Deliver internal audits across financial services clients, including governance, risk, compliance and operational areas.
* Lead fieldwork and supervise junior team members
* Support audit planning, risk assessments, and scoping.
* Draft clear, insightful reports.
* Liaise with client stakeholders and manage relationships.
The person required:
* ACA, ACCA, CIA or equivalent qualification
* 3-5 years of experience in Internal Audit or Risk Assurance within Financial Services.
* Strong understanding of governance, risk and control frameworks.
* Knowledge of CBI regulations and sector-specific risks.
* Excellent communication skills.
