As part of the Purchasing team, you will play a key role in supporting procurement activities, ensuring that documentation, systems, and processes run smoothly to support project delivery.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Purchasing Department
Assist with purchase order processing, data entry, and supplier documentation
Manage filing systems and maintain accurate records
Support the preparation of reports and project-related documentation
Handle general office administration to support the wider team
ABOUT THE PERSON:
Previous administration or purchasing support experience is desirable
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a busy environment and work to deadlines
