Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Evening Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation s during evening hours. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and providing a visible security presence. The position also includes manual handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and support evening team members to ensure the store runs efficiently.
* Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer queries or complaints professionally.
* Maintain security within the store — deter theft and ensure a safe shopping environment.
* Handle cash and close tills.
* Replenish stock and ensure shelves and displays are well presented.
* Packing out of stock and deliveries.
* Lock up the store securely at closing time and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
* Report any maintenance, safety, or security issues to management promptly
