Job Title: Operations Manager
Overview:
As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes for neuro medical devices.
1. Lead the design and implementation of high-quality manufacturing processes that meet regulatory standards.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and product quality.
3. Monitor line performance, efficiency, and output, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.
4. Ensure all manufacturing activities are conducted in compliance with our Quality Management System (QMS) and policies.
5. Implement process enhancements to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
6. Establish robust manufacturing processes for new product lines.
7. Document process validation activities and participate in risk assessments.
8. Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing product yield, reducing cycle time, and resource utilization.
9. Cross-functionally collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance.
10. Develop detailed process documentation, including work instructions and inspection procedures.
11. Manage equipment lifecycle activities and maintain full traceability of finished goods.
12. Represent the company during external engagements, showcasing manufacturing capabilities and quality practices.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; minimum 3 years of experience in operations engineering within the medical device industry, preferably with neuro interventional devices; strong understanding of basic engineering principles.
