Comfort Keepers, Irelands Leading Homecare Prover is seeking a motivated and experienced Care Team Leader to lead our dedicated team of home support workers in your own dedicated geographic region in Co. Clare based from our Ennis office. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.The ideal candidateBe QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related fieldMust hold or be working towards Level 6 Supervisory Management or Healthcare EquivalentHave a relevant health or social care backgroundHave a caring and empathetic natureExperience within homecare/healthcare desirableHave an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.
