ResponsibilitiesProvide strong leadership, clinical supervision, and guidance to nursing and care teams.Assist the Person in Charge with the overall management and daily operations of the nursing home.Promote a person-centred culture that reflects the organisation’s Ethos values.Support safeguarding by ensuring effective monitoring, oversight, and reporting.Foster a caring and respectful environment that meets residents’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs.Work flexibly across day, night, and weekend shifts as required.RequirementsHold a third-level nursing qualification with active NMBI registration and PIN.Have a minimum of 6 years’ post-registration nursing experience.Possess at least 2 years’ experience in a nursing home environment.Management experience is an advantage.Hold a post-registration qualification in healthcare management or be willing to complete one.Demonstrate strong clinical competence and a commitment to delivering high-quality elder care.
