Role Overview
The Strategic Marketing Manager will work as part of the Electrification Business Unit to grow market share and revenue with leading OEMs and Tier 1 manufacturers, while also shaping the direction of next-generation BMS products. The role combines deep technical understanding with strong commercial and strategic acumen, spanning market analysis, customer engagement, and product roadmap influence.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive market share and revenue growth through rigorous market segmentation and TAM/SAM/SOM analysis, leveraging market research, customer engagement, and field insight.
* Grow design wins with leading OEMs and Tier 1s while identifying adjacent electrification opportunities beyond core EV BMS, including emerging industrial and energy applications.
* Work closely with applications and system engineering teams to develop a clear understanding of system-level requirements, ecosystem gaps, and customer value creation.
* Influence next-generation BMS product definitions and roadmaps based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and system trends.
* Build and strengthen strategic relationships across the BMS ecosystem, including OEMs, Tier 1s, and technology partners, to accelerate adoption and platform success.
* Support global sales teams with product positioning, customer collateral, training, pricing guidance, and competitive differentiation.
* Engage directly with customers and field teams to support high-value opportunities and ensure strong execution from concept through design win.
* Translate technical capabilities into clear end-application benefits and compelling customer value propositions.
* Support strategic positioning through customer-facing materials and thought-leadership content aligned with ADI's electrification strategy.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
* Technical degree (Electrical/Electronic Engineering preferred); MBA beneficial.
* 10+ years experience in the electronics industry, preferably automotive or electrification-focused.
* Strong experience with battery systems and BMS architectures.
* Proven track record of driving design wins and revenue growth in collaboration with sales and customers.
* Ability to operate at both device-level and system-level, translating technical differentiation into business impact.
* Experience influencing product strategy through cross-functional collaboration.
* Customer-focused, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in fast-growing, evolving markets.
* Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills.
