Research Culture and Quality Manager (STEM focus) – Trinity College Dublin

To develop, drive and maintain improvements in research culture and quality across the Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), through consultation, strategic programme planning and delivery, and the provision of expert insight and support. The role holder will develop strong networks across the institution to ensure that existing and emergent issues involving research culture and quality are tackled, that examples of best practice are identified and celebrated, and that the Faculty of STEM fosters a culture of inclusivity as well as excellence in research.
This role is one of three Research Culture and Quality Managers, with this one focusing specifically on the Faculty of STEM.
Post Status: Permanent
Hours of Post: 35 hours per week
Salary: Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 1 (1-3) €70,240 - €90,865 per annum, in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
