Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer has an outstanding experience.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide an exceptional customer experience by actively listening to customers' needs and delivering tailored solutions
* To maintain high standards of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new product ranges
* To work collaboratively with the management team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* To maintain a clean and organized showroom, adhering to company standards
* To assist with ad-hoc operational requirements as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2 years of sales experience in a similar background
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people
* A strong desire to maximise earning potential
* Capable of working on their initiative
* Furniture experience is an advantage but not essential
