Responsibilities
Lead and own solution design activities in collaboration with IT Project Managers, delivery teams, and partners
Produce high‑quality solution architecture designs and documentation aligned to enterprise strategy and governance
Ensure all solutions comply with security, infrastructure, technology, and quality standards
Provide architectural guidance on functional and non‑functional requirements
Influence design decisions through strong stakeholder engagement and technical leadership
Support project planning, effort estimation, and risk management activities
Build and maintain effective relationships across architecture, IT delivery, and external partners
Mandatory Experience & Skills (Must‑Have)
6+ years proven experience as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise business solutions
Strong solution design expertise across data, backend, integration, and UX layers
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to produce concise, governance‑ready architecture documentation
Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies, including: .NET / C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure Platform Services.
Strong understanding of non‑functional requirements (security, performance, scalability, availability)
Experience contributing to project planning, estimation, and risk management
Exposure to public sector or regulated environments (highly desirable)
Experience within banking or financial services organisations
Knowledge of architecture governance and enterprise standards
Experience working with third‑party vendors and delivery partners
