About The Role
The Project Administrator will support the successful coordination and execution of projects across Tate Europe. This role is ideal for someone highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Project Administrator will help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of projects by supporting administrative tasks, updating systems, and maintaining timelines and documentation.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop in a fast-paced, manufacturing-focused environment, gaining exposure to multiple departments including operations, sales, production, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Input and maintain accurate information in SAP, including order processing, sales quotes, and project updates.
* Assist with end-to-end customer coordination, including responding to enquiries and updating customers on order status.
* Track delivery timelines, stock availability, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
* Support the creation and distribution of reports, data analysis, and project documentation.
* Schedule internal meetings and coordinate communication between departments.
* Maintain and update internal files, SOPs, and project trackers.
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education:
* Degree qualification within a business or similar discipline.
Experience:
* Solid and stable experience in a project administration / coordination role (a similar industry such as construction/manufacturing would be advantageous).
Skills
* A high level of initiative, forward thinking and prioritisation to navigate any changes.
* Experience with SAP (or similar ERP system), EXCEL and forecasting.
* Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex customer and stakeholder conversations.
