Job Overview
* Lead a team of TPM Account Managers to negotiate manufacturing service agreements and ensure compliance with terms.
* Assure effective planning and material procurement strategies are in place for efficient supply of TPMs with required materials.
* Ensure timely communication to the TPM on product forecasts, manufacturing, and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement financial operating plans and updates.
* Monitor manufacturing performance and apply performance metrics as appropriate.
* Cordination with internal functional partners to ensure TPMs meet quality expectations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
* 15+ years' experience with work as an individual contributor building technical expertise and proven project management skills.
* Progressively increased responsibility and performance as supervisor, department manager, and leader of diverse teams in Operations.
