Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents. This includes coordinating clinical practice, monitoring resident progress, and implementing action plans as necessary.
In addition, the Clinical Nurse Manager will work closely with different departments to maintain standards of cleanliness and hygiene, foster effective working relationships between staff members, and promote a team environment.
