About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy café in Ballincollig. This is a full-time position with shifts starting at 8am. The role is not suitable for students. The successful candidate must be a fluent English speaker with strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily café operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items
* Supervise and support staff, including scheduling and rota management
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across all café areas
* Manage stock control, including ordering, deliveries, and stock takes
* Ensure excellent customer service at all times
* Report daily and weekly updates to Head Office
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar café or hospitality management role
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Fluent English speaker (essential)
* Ability to work early shifts and manage a busy team
