Responsibilities
* Monitor performance and implement quality control measures.
* Support process design through heat transfer analysis, mass balances, and performance studies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve manufacturing issues.
* Oversee contractors on specific jobs and projects.
* Assist with overhauls, start-ups, and commissioning activities.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
* Prepare and maintain accurate process documentation and manuals.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
* At least 3+ years experience in a similar position.
