We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to manage our fresh food department, ensuring the highest quality standards and driving sales and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fresh Food Management Experience: Proven experience in managing a fresh food department in a supermarket, grocery store, or similar retail environment.
* Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage a team, driving sales, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service.
* Attention to Detail: A keen eye for quality and presentation, ensuring that fresh food products meet the highest standards.
* Organised & Efficient: Ability to manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the department runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Passionate about Fresh Food: A passion for food, from fresh produce to meat, dairy, and bakery items, ensuring customers receive the best possible quality.
