Position Overview
Corporate Actions is a critical operations function at PIMCO, responsible for the accurate and timely processing of global corporate action events—including mandatory and voluntary actions, loan amendments and restructures, proxy voting, defaulted securities, and class action matters.
The team partners closely with Portfolio Management, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations to ensure highquality execution and strong risk management.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee endtoend processing of global corporate action events (mandatory/voluntary events, bank loan amendments and restructures, proxy voting, defaulted securities, class actions)
Build, enhance, and maintain data pipelines and integrations for corporate actions data (custodians, exchanges, vendor feeds), ensuring cleansing, normalization, reconciliation, and data quality
Partner with Portfolio Management, Credit Research, Legal & Compliance, Account Management, and IMS Operations to ensure accurate event interpretation and execution
Contribute to strategic initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, data governance, and technology connectivity
Support operational controls, risk mitigation, and advancement of automation capabilities (AI, RPA, APIs)
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Corporate actions experience with strong understanding of asset servicing lifecycle, event impacts, risks, and controls
Proven experience in investment operations or trade support within financial services or asset management
Broad multiasset class knowledge with a solid grasp of fixed income fundamentals
Experience with API integrations, data feeds, and automation tools (AI, RPA)
Strong proficiency in Bloomberg and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SQL, VBA, Python
Familiarity with Bloomberg Data and major financial data vendors
