Job Description
Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented Health and Safety Professional to play a key role in ensuring all site activities are carried out in accordance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
* Implementing and maintaining effective health and safety management systems that meet statutory requirements and company policies.
* Conducting regular site inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure ongoing compliance.
* Supporting management and staff through training, guidance, and promoting a strong safety culture across all departments.
* Investigating incidents and near misses, preparing comprehensive reports, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintaining accurate safety records, documentation, and reports for both internal and external review.
* Collaborating with department heads to review and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to best practices.
