About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the foodservice market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication and tailored service.
* Bull long-term relationships with chefs, buyers, and business owners to become a trusted partner.
* Provide product knowledge, training, and menu development support to clients.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms in line with company strategy and profitability goals.
* Resolve any customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's product range.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts, call plans, and performance reports.
* Use CRM tools to manage customer data, leads, and opportunities effectively.
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and promotional events as required.
* Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.
* Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
