Extreme Balconies is a leading manufacturer of balcony systems, known for precision engineering, high-quality workmanship, and delivering exceptional projects. We are expanding our team and are looking for two enthusiastic apprentices to start their careers in our busy fabrication workshop.
Role Overview
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced fabricators, welders, and CNC operators, learning the skills needed to build high-quality steel and aluminium components. This is a hands-on role that offers long-term career prospects in the manufacturing and construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the fabrication and welding of steel and aluminium components
* Learn to read and interpret basic fabrication drawings
* Operate workshop machinery and tools under supervision
* Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
* Support the production team with day-to-day tasks
* Follow health and safety procedures at all times
Skills & Qualities
* A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
* Good timekeeping and reliability
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Strong attention to detail
* No prior experience required — full training provided
Schedule
* Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00
* Friday: 08:00–16:30
