For information about job opportunities at Fannin and across the wider Vital Healthcare business, please our careers site.Job DescriptionJob TitleBusiness Sales Executive Anaesthesia/ENTLocationDublin / Greater LeinsterThe OpportunityThis role sits within the Medical Devices Division. The purpose of this role is to deliver year-on-year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan; to communicate and demonstrate the clinical and commercial benefits of our product range to enable better patient outcomes.Principal Duties And ResponsibilitiesDeliver year-on-year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan.Build strong collaborative working relationships with all customers in Anaesthesia and ENT.Provide training and clinical support in operating theatres / Intensive care units and any other relevant clinical setting.Develop territory management plans that identify and prioritise activities to achieve business goals by using CRM to build and capture a sales pipeline that meets the strategic growth targets by identifying key accountsand new business opportunities.Take ownership of customers and KOLs to ensure that a positive relationship is developed and maintained, with customer satisfaction paramount.Participate in providing support at relevant exhibitions, sales meetings, and other clinical/sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management.Promote a positive and professional company image internally and externally.Complete all administration, reports & requests within guidelines and on time.Experience And ProfileStrong sales background with a minimum of 3 years experience preferably in Anaesthesia /ENT or another discipline within the operating theatre environment.Strong product presentation skills.High level of sales experience in the operating theatre supporting and guiding surgeons / anesthetists and scrub nurses through a procedure.Proven record of achievement of annual sales targets.High level of self-initiative and self-management (capable of working independently).Strong relationship/team player skills with ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team (internally & externally).High level of customer focus and customer service.Willingness to travel internationally to dedicated manufacturer training programs.Other InformationProducts will include all Anaesthesia and ENT products in the Fannin portfolio.Customers will include all disciplines relating to the above range of products, to include but not limited to: Anaesthetists, Intensivists, ENT Surgeons, Public Health Nurses, all relevant Clinical Nurse Managers and Procurement.Please note although the above is a description of the requirements of the role, as stated in your contract of employment, you may be required to carry out other reasonable duties as the Company may require from time to time.Please note that all Vital Healthcare staff work within quality management systems and that all the above will apply to the product portfolio.Vital Healthcare is an Equal Opportunities Employer.SkillsCustomer focus Full Clean Driving License Technical skills
