This is a high-impact, commercially focused position ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in injection moulding or toolmaking and a proven ability to close deals.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for RFQs: preparing and presenting quotes, negotiating pricing, and closing deals.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and growth targets.Represent Tool and Gauge in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their technical needs and delivering tailored engineering solutions.Work closely with senior management to align sales activity with broader business goals, including reviewing pricing strategies and profit margins.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance updates to company directors.Collaborate with internal teams — including engineering, R&D, product design, and production — to ensure seamless project delivery.Review pricing structures to protect margins and manage the impact of cost increases or inflation.What You’ll Need:Experience in injection moulding, toolmaking, or a related manufacturing environment.A strong track record in technical sales or business development, ideally in a senior or client-facing role.A deep understanding of engineering concepts and the ability to translate technical requirements into practical sales solutions.Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting.Why Join Tool and Gauge?Join a highly respected name in the Irish manufacturing sector.Contribute to precision projects for global clients across medical, consumer, and industrial sectors.Hard work is recognised and rewarded with real opportunities for advancement.Collaborate with experts in design, engineering, and production.Highly competitive remuneration packageTo Apply for this Job Click Here
