Your future role In this role, you'll get great exposure across the business as you'll be assisting and supporting a team of diverse colleagues in the undertaking of delivering services across the Alstom network.
You'll be reporting into the Country Managing Director and will provide an efficient and effective administration support service to the Alstom Transport Ireland Management Team.
We'll look to you for:
Based in Dublin but with regular travel to CorkManage all aspects of the office administration including meeting room requests, inc. room preparation, catering for internal and external meetingsUpdate company notice boards, distribute post, and arrange courier serviceBook business travel - air, rail and hotel using CWT online travel booking systemAssist when necessary, with expense reconciliation claims as requiredAdminister weekly whereaboutsTo perform a range of administrative duties as requiredOrder IT equipment (Laptop/Mobile phone) for new startersTo produce & distribute reports, KPIs and Periodic reports and update weekly KPI's as requiredProvide project administration support as and when required to senior colleagues working from Dublin and Cork office.
This may require travel to Cork on a monthly basis.To be responsible for raising purchase requisitions for services and consumables for Dublin and Cork offices, keeping an accurate index of requisition orders raised, to reconcile with invoices and create new orders as required to ensure continual PO coverObtain a detailed knowledge of Alstom's SAP based procurement systemsAll about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
