Role Summary:
As a Clinical Nurse Manager 2, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing oncology services at a leading healthcare facility. This position requires a passionate and experienced leader who can ensure excellence in patient care and support staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the oncology nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMBI registration.
* Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in oncology.

* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of oncology treatments and protocols.
