Sr. Product Success Manager

Role for product managers who want to guide other product teams. This is a unique role where product management experience is required and the emphasis is on providing expert support to customers rather than solely defining requirements and guiding development work. Your experience


Requirements

* Six+ years' experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company
* Influenced or defined the go-to-market process used to achieve product and business goals
* Experience learning complex software applications and workflow methodologies
* Ability to write clear instructions and explain best practices
* Historically resolved hard challenges

Responsibilities

* Guide large, sophisticated organizations as they improve how they innovate and build software
* Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks
* Lead customers from initial demo to active subscription, navigating procurement, legal, and security processes
* Share and apply best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and roadmapping
* Help customers integrate Aha! with existing tools (e.g., development systems)
* Share customer feedback internally
* Test new product functionality as needed
* Mentor newer team members as they lead demos and support integrations

* The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $100,000 and $170,000
* Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing; a portion of total pay is contributed toward retirement
* Medical, dental, and vision plans (premium coverage for many teammates)
* Up to 200 hours of paid time off per year
* Paid parental leave and paid care and bereavement leave
* Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, plus paid time off for learning
* Volunteer opportunities throughout the year

Base salary and total compensation depend on skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
