Electrical Engineer Position Overview
The role of a Medium Voltage (MV) Specialist Electrical Engineer is crucial in designing and engineering MV systems for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical direction and leadership for MV system design and engineering activities on individual projects or multiple projects.
* Coordinate technical design with onsite installation and commissioning, ensuring that the company's vision, mission & values are fulfilled.
* Lead and manage MV system design and engineering activities across various projects and geographical regions.
* Compile and issue electrical technical submittals, track procurement, and delivery of electrical equipment.

Additional responsibilities include:
* Reviewing consultant and subcontractor designs for MV systems to identify design gaps and deviations or contradictions in specifications.
* Validating sizing, ratings, and specifications of MV equipment against system study outputs.
* Supporting Project Managers, Electrical Engineering Managers, and Design Managers to ensure the overall successful delivery of design and engineering MV system related activities on the project.
* Overseeing the onboarding and development of design and engineering team talent across the organization.
