Responsibilities (Text Only)

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer and Partner First Mindset: Engage with and enable our customers and key decision-makers, delivering a connected customer engagement experience, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through digital sales excellence, empowered by data, marketing systems, and platforms.
* Sales Execution: Drive new sales and customer engagements using mechanisms like digital signals, social selling, and partner collaboration. Manage the end-to-end Biz Apps business across your territory, including transactions related to consumption and licensing. Build an external stakeholder network and implement strategies to accelerate and close opportunities.
* Customer Engagement with Business Value Selling: Identify and engage key business and IT decision-makers to understand their challenges and propose Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that deliver measurable value. Use industry insights and a consultative approach to uncover needs and deliver business outcomes, engaging C-Level decision makers.
* Opportunity Management: Lead planning and execution for named accounts, build stakeholder maps, and accelerate deal closure through strategic engagement and business analysis.
* Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders and partners to cross-sell and up-sell, share best practices, and provide customer feedback to improve team capabilities.
* Operational Excellence: Maintain reporting accuracy for KPIs like pipeline development, deal velocity, and forecasting. Use program tools and processes to provide timely reports that support strategic goals and offer business insights.
* Learning & Development: Complete required training and certifications in Biz Apps, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.


Qualifications (Text Only)

Required Qualifications:

* Fluency in Hungarian and English, both written and verbal.
* Experience in technology-related sales or account management, or a relevant degree with sales experience, or equivalent professional experience.
* Experience in selling CRM, ERP, Low-Code platforms, or similar SaaS/cloud solutions to enterprise clients, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
