Business Development Manager – Healthcare
On behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider, TTM Healthcare are recruiting a Business Development Manager for the Dublin area and surrounding counties.
The ideal candidate will have a clinical background with experience in sales and business development.
The Role:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for managing and growing revenue across the organisation's accounts.
This role focuses on deepening client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and ensuring the client needs are met through collaboration with internal teams.
This is a full-time permanent role working 39 hours per week from Monday to Friday, offering some flexibility.

Carrickmines, South Dublin
Requirements:
Proven account management experience with at least 5 + years in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare environment
Proven track record working to financially driven KPIs
Must be comfortable in a sales environment with sales targets and quota expectations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels is essential.
Excellent organisational skills
In-depth knowledge of client relationship management strategies.
Ability to problem-solve and negotiate.
Excellent presentation skills and comfortable interacting at senior leadership level in large organisations.
A nursing/clinical qualification or equivalent would be useful for the role but is not essential
IT Capability – Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products as well as relevant OH and CRM systems for reporting.
Ability to travel to meet clients
