Engineering Manager responsibilities
We are looking for an Engineering Manager, reporting to the Head Development Group Resource and Lifecycle Management, who will take end-to-end development responsibility for the CNOM Product.

Empower teams to use creative solutions to achieve business objectives and support them on their cultural journey.
Understand the financial landscape and drive more efficiency and effectiveness.
Accountable for ensuring that teams are adequately resourced with the vital numbers of developers and the needed mix of experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
Secure product scope, anatomy, goals, deliverables, and timeline.
Establish end-to-end responsibilities e.g. program roles, resources, competence & development capacity.
Drive product performance and continuous improvement.
Active risk management with clear mitigation strategies.
Deliver high quality SW with CI remaining at the core of our way of working.
Create stakeholder reports on progress as well as problems and solutions.
Implement and manage change when necessary to meet business objectives.
Evolve the way we develop and deliver software to improve speed, flexibility, and simplification, ensuring quality and improving customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications
Education: B.Sc.
Computer Science or Engineering at minimum.
10+ years' experience in leading global teams in a multi-cultural environment.
Experience in customer interaction.
Extensive knowledge and recent successful track record in leadership with a proven track record in change management as a significant advantage.
Proven strong leadership skills.
Able to give clear examples of success stories from lean management style and empowerment of people.
Coaching & mentoring skills.
Strong influential skills and ability to cope with pressure and setbacks.
Proven track record in large-scale development with agile methods according to lean principles.
Proven track record in driving effectiveness and efficiency across all disciplines of R&D.
Experience in driving fast and complex change.
Experience in Frame Management and good understanding of cost driver for R&D.
Proven track record of being a team player, building strong and highly empowered teams.
Attitude characterized by "one Ericsson".
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, fluent in oral and written English and have excellent presentation skills.
