Job Description
We are seeking an experienced training professional to lead the development and delivery of a high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative training function that aligns with our organization's needs and priorities.
You will work closely with business leaders and their teams to create a workplace where individuals can grow and have a rewarding career. Your responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering workshops and programs that meet business needs
* Commissioning external providers to support our training goals
* Developing talent management interventions, including a graduate/apprenticeship program
* Implementing training functionality and managing the training budget
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience in a similar role with a track record of designing and delivering effective training solutions
* Fetac Level 6 Train the Trainer qualified
* Experience using Cornerstone LMS and Rise 360 (an advantage)
* A passion for learning, attention to detail, and a positive work style
* Experience partnering with senior management teams and proven change management skills
