What You'll Do
In this role, you'll become a key connector in a busy and growing business hub. Your responsibilities will include:
Community & Membership Engagement
* Build and nurture relationships with local SMEs, startups, and partners
* Proactively support membership growth and ensure members feel valued and connected
* Represent the organization at networking events, LEO meetings, and local business forums
Marketing, Branding & Communications
* Promote the centre, its members, and its initiatives through digital marketing, PR, and social media
* Create and curate engaging content that highlights opportunities, success stories, and upcoming events
* Develop campaigns that increase visibility across the business community
Events & Programmes
* Plan and deliver high-quality business events, masterclasses, awards, and networking sessions
* Coordinate training programmes and collaborate with speakers, trainers, and stakeholders
* Launch and support new initiatives, including a dedicated start-up hub for entrepreneurs and innovators
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years' experience in marketing, events, community engagement, business development, or enterprise support
* Confident networker who enjoys meeting people and representing the organization externally
* Experience delivering events, workshops, training programmes, or business support initiatives
* Strong digital marketing and social media management skills
* Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* A genuine interest in supporting start-ups, SMEs, and local business growth
* Comfortable working in a hands-on role with plenty of variety and visibility
Additional Details
* This is an on-site role based in South Dublin
* A full driving license and access to a car are essential
