Health and Safety Specialist Role
The role of the Health and Safety Coordinator is a key position in our expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the development, implementation, and management of the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting site inspections, site audits, developing Risk Assessments, Standard Operating Procedures, and monitoring compliance of all staff and sub-contractors.
* Documenting and reporting all incidents and near misses, as well as implementing corrective actions.
* Supporting customer issues related to quality and external bodies related to quality and environmental factors.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years minimum experience in Health and Safety, EHS, or Environmental Science. A qualification in Health and Safety/EHS/Environmental Science is required. Ideally, the candidate will have production or manufacturing-related experience, but candidates with construction-related experience will also be seriously considered.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years experience in Health and Safety, EHS, or Environmental Science.
* Qualification in Health and Safety/EHS/Environmental Science.
* Access to a car and a full, clean driver's license.
