Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the R2 release.
• Develop and own all UAT test artefacts, including the UAT Test Strategy, Test Approach, Test Plan, and Test Closure Report.
• Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, including test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
• Support a user driven UAT model, ensuring business users are fully enabled to execute their own testing.
• Work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure UAT readiness and smooth execution.
• Perform hands on testing where required to support delivery timelines.
• Track UAT progress, manage defects, and monitor test execution against the overall release plan.
• Provide regular status reporting to Product Owners and stakeholders, highlighting risks, issues, and blockers early.
• Engage closely with business stakeholders to ensure timely completion of all UAT activities.
Skills & Experience:
• Proven experience as a UAT Test Lead, preferably within the banking domain.
• Strong understanding of UAT processes, defect management, and test governance.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments, ideally within financial services or lending.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and technical teams.
• Hands on approach with the ability to step into testing activities when required.
• Good experience in using Jira, Zephyr Scale, and Confluence for test planning, execution, reporting, and documentation.
