Our client, a prominent chemical manufacturer, is growing and is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
This position will cover all of Leinster.
This position will ideally suit someone with a degree in Agricultural Science or a background in farming.
You'll work closely with farmers, agri-businesses, and distributors across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with existing and new agricultural clients.
Travel to current customer accounts and potential new client sites.
Promote and sell the range of agricultural products and hygiene solutions.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring effective use of the products.
Conduct on-site visits, trials, and training sessions.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and share insights with internal teams.
Attend relevant industry events, trade shows, and agricultural fairs.
Requirements: Background in Agricultural Science, Dairying, Chemistry or a related field.
2+ years of experience in technical/agricultural sales.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full driving license and willingness to travel.
