How you'll make an impact
As an Account Handler, it will be your role to manage inbound and outbound calls to engage potential clients, work with them to assess their needs and address any policy-related queries.
- Work with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable products
- Proactively contact existing clients to discuss policy renewals, ensuring continued coverage and customer satisfaction
- Manage lapsed or at-risk policies, working to re-engage clients and recover lost business
- Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring a positive and trustworthy experience
About you
- You have obtained, or are working towards your APA Qualification
- You have persuasive and confident sales abilities, with a customer-focused approach
- You're able to effectively manage your time to handle multiple tasks
- You can demonstrate your problem-solving skills to address client concerns effectively
- You have attention to detail and can effectively focus on tasks in a fast-paced environment
