We are seeking a motivated
Training & Development Coordinator
to join our client's team in Waterford. This is a fully on-site, Monday–Friday role, offering the opportunity to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes tailored to organisational needs
* Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report on employee development
* Monitor training effectiveness and continuously improve learning strategies
* Collaborate with managers and teams to identify training needs and skills gaps
* Support onboarding and ongoing professional development initiatives
Requirements
* Minimum of 4 years' experience in a training and development role (call centre experience advantageous)
* Proven experience implementing and managing an LMS
* Experience designing and delivering training programmes
* Healthcare sector experience is beneficial but not essential
* Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills
