Purpose Of Position
* To support the PIC in her role.
* To review and plan duties for team of administrators.
* To complete audits as per company policy.
* To ensure a smooth running of the administrative department, in respect to work allocation and rostering.
* To ensure that everything you do reflects the privacy, dignity and respect of our residents.
* To greet all visitors to the home in a manner that reflects our mission statement.
RESPONSIBLE TO
: PIC and Nurse on Duty.
About The Role
Role & Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate resident contracts, Fair Deal documentation, and related correspondence
* Process resident records and payments using EpicCare
* Prepare staff contracts, HR letters, and maintain employee personnel files
* Track annual leave, sick leave, Garda vetting, employment permits, and IRP cards
* Liaise with Payroll regarding starters, leavers, timesheets, and wages
* Support recruitment and onboarding, including training bookings and compliance records
* Complete weekly compliance audits and provide administrative support to management
* To complete such paperwork and / or financial documents as requested by the PIC.
* Coordinate and support the Administration and Reception team
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Senior Administrator or HR Administrator role
* Experience within healthcare or a nursing home environment is highly desirable
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident using HR systems and maintaining compliance documentation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
