Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based across leinster for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will assist in delivering cost management services, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), undertaking cost planning and control tasks, and generating accurate cost reporting. The role also involves providing support in managing budgets and financial planning throughout all stages of construction projects while maintaining high standards of collaboration and transparency.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management
* Experience in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
* Knowledge of Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
* Ability to manage project budgets effectively and maintain cost efficiency
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
* Relevant academic background in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
* Familiarity with construction industry practices and regulations
* Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, cost management software, procore) is essential
