Job Title: Disability Support Worker

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide assessment, intervention and support to individuals with varying levels of need. You will be required to travel between services within Kilkenny and may also involve working from home.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a recognised qualification as a social worker and registration with CORU. Some postgraduate experience within an intellectual disability service or working as part of a multidisciplinary team would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels. A car and full driving licence are essential for this role due to the requirement for regular travel.
Key Responsibilities:
