Location:DublinContract:6-month Fixed Term ContractWe are currently working with a leading asset servicing provider to appoint anAnalyst – Financial Reportingto join a busy and well-established fund reporting team in Dublin. This role sits within a collaborative environment with strong exposure to audits, financial statements and cross-border stakeholders.The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for the review and delivery of audited and unaudited financial statements for a portfolio of investment funds. You will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure high-quality, accurate and timely reporting in line with regulatory and accounting standards.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and peer-review financial statements for investment funds, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements and note disclosuresLiaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to support the audit process from start to finishEnsure compliance with GAAP and IFRS, as well as applicable regulatory requirementsInterpret and analyse financial data relating to a range of asset classes and financial instrumentsCoordinate with global teams to meet reporting deadlinesAssist with the development of financial statement templates for new clientsSupport the implementation of controls and processes to mitigate riskContribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing operational tasks as requiredRequirementsMinimum of 4 years' experience in fund reporting or fund accounting, including financial statement preparation and audit interactionQualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)Strong working knowledge of GAAP and IFRSExperience with UCITS and/or hedge fundsSolid understanding of financial instruments and related accounting treatmentsStrong analytical, organisational and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and WordIf you are interested in making this position yours, please contact Anthony on, click apply belowVoted Best in Practice Accounting & Finance 2022, 2017, 2015 as well as 2013 & 2012, Quest is a team of experienced and professional Financial Recruiters dedicated to recruiting Financial Services Professionals.
