We are looking for a Senior Civil Water Engineer to play a vital role in every aspect of water and wastewater treatment, storage, supply and collection systems on transformational programmes in Ireland. Overview
We specialise in all aspects of water and wastewater networks and treatment across multiple challenging sectors. Our projects span Aviation, Buildings & Places, Education, Energy and Environment, supporting the wider Infrastructure Division through client‑side support and construction phases.
Your role
Design and delivery of water and wastewater schemes from feasibility to detailed design, preparing contract documents and construction administration following relevant design standards and codes.
Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
Collaborate closely with teams in Ireland and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.
Manage projects or support the Project Manager in monitoring project delivery within defined budget and programme requirements.
Understand, communicate and manage project risks.
Adhere to quality assurance standards in design.
About you
Chartered Civil Engineer.
Experience in leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary design and Design & Build, with sound knowledge in water and/or wastewater treatment, storage solutions, hydraulics, water supply and wastewater collection systems. Familiarity with current Ireland design standards and working practices is essential.
Sound commercial, contractual and programme experience.
Ability to work within a team environment and under own initiative to achieve project goals.
Effective communication skills.
