Job Title: Compliance Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety professional to join our expanding team as a Compliance Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with experience of implementing and maintaining Integrated Management Systems (IMS) in the construction industry.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Formalising and improving existing company systems, procedures and documentation;
2. Designing and implementing IMS across head office and site locations;
3. Training staff on the use of the system;
4. Maintaining compliance records and reporting monthly performance metrics to senior management.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience working as part of a team is essential. A degree-level qualification in HSE or equivalent experience is also required.
