Deputy Centre Manager Role
Our organisation is a leading provider of social care services, with residential centres that cater to individuals with trauma and attachment needs.
* We collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as HSE, Tusla (Child and Family Agency) and Northern Ireland Trusts.
* Currently operating in Meath and Dublin locations.
As Deputy Centre Manager, you will be responsible for supporting children, young people and adults placed in our residential services. This involves working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide safe, compassionate care through daily quality improvements driven by shared goals. Your role also includes development opportunities to support employees' growth towards achieving organisational objectives while ensuring centralised processes are managed efficiently. ----------------------------------- Key responsibilities include:
1. Safeguarding the well-being of service users by ensuring high standards of care delivery;
2. Maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, partners and external agencies; Coordinating resources ,providing accurate administrative assistance ; Conducting regular checks on progress ,identifying areas for improvement.
