Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Order Processing Specialist to support our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders efficiently from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
* Maintain effective communication with customers regarding order status, issues, and changes, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with inventory and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of products, adhering to established deadlines.
* Monitor the order processing workflow, implementing process improvements as needed to optimize efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with a strong foundation in business principles.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
* Proficiency in order management systems, including data entry and analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Fluent in English, with a strong command of written and verbal communication.
Benefits and Work Environment:
* Onsite for at least 6 months, transitioning to hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home) after an initial period.
