This is a full time, permanent role based in FBD House, Bluebell. The role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer.Job ResponsibilitiesEngineer, implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and informationIdentify and define system security requirementsDesign computersecurity architecture and develop detail cyber securitydesignsPrepare and document standard operating procedures and protocolsDevelop technical solutions and new security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasksBe an active participant in Security Incident management, both participating and chairing meetings to address actual and potential issues.Write comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes and propositions for further system security enhancementAssist with Security awareness, including giving training, developing material and presenting at town halls and to senior management.Reporting to Snr. Management, Risk control registers, external and internal audits.Job ResponsibilitiesEducationCISSP or CISM certification and other security qualifications.Qualifications in Azure/O365 and any other security related qualifications.ExperiencesProven work experience as a Security Engineer orInformation Security Architect.Detailed Azure/O365 security knowledge/qualifications/operational practice.Email security tools, data classification implementations along with DLP technology.Familiarity with web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols.Experience in building and maintaining security systems.Good technical knowledge of database and operating system securityExperience of scripting in a windows environment an advantage.Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.Knowledge of PCI requirements and/or EIOPA Regulations, DORA regulations.Experience working in a regulated company.Familiarity working in an environment, which uses 3rd party suppliers to host and manage infrastructure.Knowledge of security frameworks e.g. ISO27001, CobitCompetenciesProblem solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsGood negotiation skills, self-motivated, results focused, ability to drive results while being a team player.People management ability and ability to present to C suite.MCCFooterThis role sits within the Manager/Specialist pay grade in the IT department.FBD is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
