A key role within our retail operation is available for an ambitious and experienced Lead Retail Store Manager to lead by example, driving sales growth and team performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic Sales Growth:
Act as the business leader on store operations with responsibility for profit and loss management, ensuring that all aspects of retail trading are optimized to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Promote Operational Excellence:
Identify operational improvements opportunities within the store or other locations. Develop strategies to implement these changes successfully throughout their implementation process.
